Search parameter "freeofcourtageonly" (Provisionsfrei): it is possible to save a search with this parameter for the real estate types: appartment rent&buy, house rent&buy and site rent&buy.
- freeofcourtageonly for all other real estate types which contain this field (search and saved search) will be available by 17th March.

The ImmobilienScout24 REST API is being developed continiously to a unified interface for alle ImmobilienScout24 data and features (e.g.: price trends, search real estate objects, short list, leads etc.). Stay tuned on twitter or [[http://blogs.immobilienscout24.de/developerwiki/feed/| rss-feed

How to start?:

If you need access to objects of an immobilienscout customer, than you can [request] a productive key, right away. We offer a [php-sdk]. We still need you to [|register] for the api use and accept the api terms of use (you'll get a sandbox access, which you can ignore/use for tests).
